Location and price
Can at times be too crowded in some areas..
There was no attention given in the executive lounge. Breakfast was negligible if non existent (quite dissapointing) - maybe a staff member should be kept / based there to ensure that items consumed are duly replaced

The convenient location near the Metro
Being a 4 star hotel I expected a better service. WI FI Internet use is free of charge, not only 7 euro per hour but otherwise you have to eat it immediately disappears. The umbrella borrowed at the reception of 40 euro deposit. .. breakfast bar scadenteil bed for 2 people in a room was small as a square and a half
