Friendly staff at dinner.

Less nice staff at the reception desk. We had booked via the Internet when it was a Campanile hotel was. We were not aware of the fact that the hotel was called differently and therefore at first drove by. There is going to come. When we had to pay on arrival, the bill was much higher than through the reservation agreed. It took a long time and it cost us a lot of persuasion to pay only that what was initially agreed. We felt a kind of parasites as we could do nothing that the hotel belonged to another chain. We were not very welcome. Upon leaving the same scene played itself back off. We had tremendous defense while one of the girls who got word to us, the same girl was on arrival. We found that annoying!
