My room was at the annexe known as the "Chantilly" block which may have been an advantage as it was away from the main road so there was little noise. Very covenient location ,particularly for Eurostar passengers being only a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good although restaurant tended to be crowded, at least at the weekend.Staff courteous and hotel seemed to have good standard of cleanliness
A bit on the small side,especially if large number of people staying,breakfast time seemed to be "chaotic"

Keep away from room 105, dirty smely bathroom,noisy, no internet acess, finally i got a room in the second floor, internet was ok, the rest slithgtly improved

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel destination station is a short walk from the Gare du Nord, our away.
Of the 2 double rooms booked was a renovation.

Very handy for Gare du Nord/ L'Est
The room was not ready when we arrived, about 3:00pm. The room was accessed via the street which runs behind the hotel. The lift was so small that it was barely worth using

Unfriendly staff, very bad situation (road noise unbearable, impossible to open the window) of the stairs and completely concealed in the room carpet, certainly 30 years old! The bathroom so small that one could hardly use the closed door to the toilet!
