Proximity to tourist sites, like the subway lines.
This location was misspelled in the brochure they gave us in Brussels and for this reason we got two subway stations before and had to walk more than 20 minutes with luggage

The breakfast was great quality.
We had problems with hot water available for the shower. Two of us need to take cold showers.
