Value for money, mostly the staff, friendly and approachable manner. The reception staff in part, in the offers of the house instructed Korekt (possibilities of transfer, upgrade).
Strong fluctuations in the quality of the food; times zuberetet fresh fish, frozen food from the next day.

The hotel complex and the atmosphere is ideal. Quiet, despite proximity to Ballermann.
The hotel was because of the reservations of the Special Olympics for 4 full days. Thus, there were times in the food sector problems -> waiting time.

Fantastic breakfast! Good reception and helpful staff. Nice pool area, good location near the sea and close to buses to Palma. Good food at the pool bar. Good cleaning. We are very pleased and want to come back and can recommend this hotel!
A big plus was that we could avail ourselves of late check-out when our plane did not go until late at night!
The beds can be improved, the pulled down its rating on comfort.
