Main reason for choosing Hotel Oleander: Location
The hotel is well located about the middle of Palma beach, in the second line from the sea, near the airport, very quiet, mostly Germans, good food and diverse, clean rooms, friendly staff, great pools, lots of greenery, free parking, generally OK for three stars. I think you'll come back here.
Including furniture and the rooms are old TV, the beds are not stable, sometimes cleaning the pool area is lacking. The staff is more receptive to German speakers.

The expectations to a 3-star hotel were absolutely met. The location was central and still quiet. The pool area was spacious. The staff was friendly.
See the review above. There was always free tables in the breakfast room.
Tme mattrass with plastic coating is unpleasant, although not as bad as I have experienced in other Mallorca-hotels. The key card did not always work and had to be swapped 3-4 times. The lifts should be improved, both function and capacity.

Decent hotel with central location, close to the airport, beach, restaurants, bars etc. Ok food, nice staff.
