Spirals coming out of the mattress in a hotel of this type! flushing out of order on the last day! Pool 16h regularly closed for private parties!

Main reason for choosing NH Palermo: Reputation
The room was nice and comfortable, with a good view. The staff was friendly, but our request for a non-smoking room was not honored, so we had to go back and exchange the room that was first offered. The second room was very nice and worth waiting for.The area just in front of the main entrance to the hotel could be kept a little cleaner.
