Excellent location - easily walkable to all main areas of Palermo.
On site parking was a god-send in this congested city

The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English very well. The hotel was very centrally located, esp. with the on/off bus stopping a few feet from the entrance. We had only to walk a few blocks to catch buses to other parts of the city. There was no need for a car.

The rooms & ensuites were very modern, clean, and had plenty of space. The staff were very helpful, and worked very quickly on any request we had. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a mixture of fresh hot eggs/bacon/sausage, cereals, fruit, pastries, juices, teas, coffees, and cheese & cold meats. Very central location with free private hotel parking, and close to main shopping areas and nice bars with outside areas for relaxing in the evening. Would happily recommend to anyone visiting Palermo.

Hotel very well located in attractive price with a coupon internet. Staff really worthy of the hotel: very available and helping!
The rooms overlooking the main street are not soundproof enough. It's unfortunate for a hotel of this category.
