Public areas are handsomely decorated with a very strong 19th century Palermo feeling.
The woman on reception in the daytime was lovely and helpful but not the man on in the evenings. We could not seem to get anyone to come to the bar to pour cocktails.
VERY POOR: breakfasts. In a land of luscious fresh fruit, we got canned juice and uninspiring pastries.

Overall very good value for money.
In our case, the windows of the room could not be opened and gave clautrofobia feeling of darkness.

Nice hotel, good location, (maybe a little bit too noisy during the night), city center in walking distance.
We were in Palermo due to the business, so there was not any time to do something special.
