Everything was fantastic, the beer the staff the hotel it's self, could not fault a thing about it. It was nice return to germany after 10 years, and every thing has not changed,my wife had her 40th birthday on our stay in the hotel,and my 11 year old daughter was born there, so alot of visiting old places, we will be returning to paderborn again, and will be booking in the ibis, well done to all the staff for a lovely stay at the ibis. kind regards. mr steven mckeown

We arrived late but were dealt with in an efficent & friendly manner, we were served drink and a meal with a smile, although it was past midnight

Can't fault the location, although this is all you are paying for!.
Not enough towels, request for more pillows ignored. Blood on the bathroom wall, door frame and bed sheets. Dirty glasses provided in the bathroom and no soap. Staff ignored requests and the other drunken guest made it in. Possible to sleep. I had to check out a day early and stay on. Army barracks, to get sleep and where it was cleaner!.
