Our room was spacious,well maintained and quiet to sleep in. Close to Oxford city centre. Leisure centre on site.
Swimming pool rather small which we had to vacate for an aqua aerobics class of only 6 people. Staff in bar area /restaurant struggled to get orders correct causing a large number of guests to complain.

I was extremely pleased with the personable service given by members of staff.
They ensured that I was made aware of the facilities and offered to take my bags to my room.
The room was very clean and welcoming and I enjoyed the new refurbishments.

Nice comfortable room even if a little small. All I needed was there.
Meals in the evening were good but rather expensive. The cooked breakfast looked greasy and unappetizing.

Stayed for one night requested a quiet room which we were given and we could here a pin drop it was so lovely and quiet. Have found that hotel beds can be variable in comfort but this was not so at the Oxford and had a very good nights sleep. Bus stop was about 2 minutes walk which took us into the town in approx. 10 mins. Food very good too and would stay here again.

Ruime kamer
Vriendelijkheid personeel wisselde. Achter de balie was het matig. Bij het ontbijt uitstekend.
Bij het inchecken kreeg ik een verkeerde kamersleutel mee waardoor ik terecht kwam op een kamer die nog in gebruik was. Gelukkig was er niemand aanwezig...
