The gardens, the copper persons, the river in the back, the people who received us. The enormouslu wide bed was very nice. The people in general were nicer than the average french person, though these are nice too.

Staying at the Chateau de I'Ile was a real treat -- tucked back into a private setting with walkways all around. I loved the decor - and the bathroom was unexpectedly modern! The staff were incredibly helpful with communication/wi-fi needs.

Ideal for a short stay and to visit town and wine route.

The staff was extremely kind,the rooms are ok, the garden is word a "promenade".The "desserts" are excellent.

Second time i booked there. Fair prices, nice rooms and good location are the main reasons for my choice. Would always come back if i have to stay in that region.

We like the cigar bar although smoking is not allowed in the main room. Room service is nice and staff very friendly. great building and good location

We didn't like the Vinothek. We would have expected a more cosy interieur and more local food.
