Nice, extremely clean and modern room
They did not have extra pillows we need to sleep comfortably, noise from street,too expensive restaurant on premises,small rooms, no shuttle service early in the morning or late in the evening. Hotel shuttle operates 5 a.m.-5 p.m. We had to pay a taxi to get to the airport which is about 2 miles away.

The bed room was very small and the breakfast room too dirty.
The Hotel was overbooked. We got only a two bed room not two single bed rooms as reserved. It seems to be no mistage. The want to earn more money.

I understand that prices of hotels in Zurich is always expensive compared to other European countries, so it does make me feel not wanting to travel to Switzerland. Though for the location for this times stay, it was all right.
The only thing is convenience, although the staffs were very good.
The quality of the breakfast compared to the price is very poor. Not many variety.
