Main reason for choosing Novotel Zurich Airport Messe: Location

Great hotel. Excellent that we could keep the room until 4pm without an extra charge. Also good to have the tram into the city centre stop outside the door and the free airport shuttle was appreciated.

Food was good in the resturant but waiting time was too long,esp .if kids were also waiting to be served.

Expected more children friendly atmospher,looking for a play area and some kitchen facilities just for kids.
