I have C-Pap for my sleep. The front desk supplied a electric current convertor so I could plug in my C-Pap. It was easy and I had a great nigh sleep
Dinning room was understaffed. We had to wait a long time for dinner.Also, food was overpriced.

The grout in the shower was darken with mildew in certain spots. Not typical of Switzerland!

The charge for telephone service were way too high for a local number.

Good 4 star level, very pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. . Only real negative cocerns the fittings and size of the bathroom. It was small and dated and not really up to the general standard of the hotel.
