- wellness
- prima restaurant
- prima roomservice
- het lijkt wel of alle kamers invalidenkamers zijn.....niet erg maar door grote douche geen plek meer voor bad!!!
- relatief duur (100 per nacht ex ontbijt)
- je kon zelf koffie/chocomelk maken, alleen maar 2 kopjes terwijl we met z'n 3-en waren.
- 1 sleutel

Staff very courteous, well trained and very friendly.
We stayed at various Van der Valk hotels in the past ten years and our stay in Brugge-Oostkamp again was very good indeed.
For us the main courses on the menu rather large.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Very helpful staff; clean, light and spacious room.
Lack of choice over where to eat in the evening. We did not want a formal restaurant meal and the 'bar menu' only included small snacks - although we were served items from the room service menu in the bar area this was information not readily available and we had to make enquiries to obtain this information.
