A simple utilitarian experience with friendly helpful staff

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, shuttle to airport, a good menu.

Lack of tea making facility in bedroom.

Closeness to the airport and bus transpo to town

Our bath towels folded as if clean and ready to use, but were dirty-large brown spots like foot marks on them-which was disgusting. They were replaced when we called, but they didn't take away the dirty ones, when they brought them. That episode was rather disturbing and made us wonder if we would stay again, or find another place close by.

Convenient to Nice airport, friendly staff

Limited amenities, phone in room did not work.

Close to airport, regular shuttle.

Somewhat small for two people, restaurant food variety was lacking.

The silence, proximity to the airport, and the very polite, attentive barman.

This is nothing like a 4-star hotel. It was impossible to control the air conditioning, so the room was very hot all night. There was only one towel and three pillows for two of us. When we asked for guidance about the aircon and for an extra pillow we had to wait for an hour each time and then ask a second time before anyone turned up, and even then the aircon still didn't work. The lavatory light switch turned on all the lights in the bedroom, too, so that we woke each other up when we went to the loo. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. The bar had only one choice of white wine, the chicken in the restaurant was dry and tasteless. All in all we complained at the desk when we left and said we would never return.

The breakfasts were too expensive!

The pool, the pool staff was nice, the meal plan at 17 euros was not given the weekend, nothing stated anywhere, it forced us to eat a la carte.

For a 4 *, there is not even a single newspaper at the reception, the toilet is inside the bathroom, parking is too expensive, some are ibis as well.

People were very nice and accomodating.

Very, very basic toiletries... no shampoo or conditioner. Only a liquid soap, nothing else.
