Friendliness OF the staff, helpful at all times, always listening if you asked for something, very clear with their information
There were some problems which did not help with our stay, during the night it became very noisy this was around 2am to 4am, which woke us up and was not a very good experience, maybe there could of been security around the floors during the night to stop this kind of behaviour.

We made to feel entirely at home. We were extremely comfortable and received excellent value for money.
I liked the cheerful easy informality of the Hotel whilst holding high standards of customer provision.
We had no fault to find.

The service in the dining room left a lot to be desired we waited 40 minutes to get starters with two children keeping them occupied all this time is difficult. The service was awful
