Customer service.
Valet parking, cafeteria and worst (slow service and "wreck") and service elevators, entirely inadequate and slow (average of 6-7 minutes to get it)

The staff was generally very helpful, calm and able to deal with any eventuality.
The porter/guard watches as you carry your suitcases up and down the stairs to the hotel. Even on arriving in the middle of the night, visibly fatigued. Even if you are female, with large baggage.. The internet connection is a nightmare. You need a new code every time, and your room is littered with these papers.. And it takes 3 minutes to get to the login page if you are lucky.. The laundry was ridiculously expensive.

The stairs in front of the hotel!I had to climb the stairs with 3 heavy suitcases there was no one to help and no ramp to use for the suitcases.!
