The staff in paticular were very pleasant and helpful, The room was quiet and peaceful, which was very wellcome after a long day sight seeing and an evening at the fest.

This was our fourth or 5 Stay at this hotel, but the first Booking on your page, we regard it still as an imposition, with a lead time of FOUR months ago, after a lengthy discussion Non smoking room in an upper floor to get, this condition was first established at www my order. The concierge explained that the hotel is in principle does not read this additional information and / or considered. We were greeted with the phrase: 'It is a stroke of luck .....'

The breakfast service was excellent as always, room okay, if not the expected / ordered.

Our room was kind of hot but the staff was very responsive & provided us with a floor fan right away. It was a very nice hotel, within walking distance to the train station and the Marianplatz. Would stay there again.
