The location was the best. It was just a short walk to the Oktoberfest festival, and to the city center. There was also a subway station within a block, and the main train station was only a few blocks away.
The room was nice and clean.
I thought the bed and pillow were not very comfortable. Also, it was very noisy, but we were right in the city.
It was very expensive, but I think the location was worth it.

The location was the only thing that I liked about this hotel. There was ONE young staff guy that was helpful and friendly. ONLY ONE.
When we got there, the girl at the front desk was NOT helpful at all. She was very rude. The website says the hotel had soundproofed rooms-which is DOES NOT. There were silverfish in our bathroom, as well as mold on the tiles, and flies in the room. The carpet was so stained and old that it was wearing up in the main path of the room and the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The cost of the internet was expensive as well.

The staff, design of the hotel, room design and comfort were both great! Food was not great. Room size and design was nice. Didn't like that there were no computers available with internet. Would have preferred a small 'business center' with 2 or more computers with free internet service.
