Staff very pleasant and tried very hard to please. Lovely location. Lovely surroundings. We would definately stay here again.
We did not like the bar reserving all the tables so we could not sit in the bar unless we booked on busy nights (we were not told about this) Also we should be advised that booking is essential coming up to Christmas for restaurants (at least a few days in advance). Also it is essential that you put a "please make up the room" card on your door even if there is not a "do not disturb sign" on the door, otherwise the room will not be made up for your return in the evening. This is not always necessary in England as long as the "do not disturb sign" is not up the room will be cleaned.

In general, the hotel is very pleasant. The room 235 was indeed clean, feudal equipped and bed linen to feel good, but the smell of the carpet was uncomfortable and the toilet is unacceptable! The Angstellten deserve praise. They proved to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is excellent in the car-free Old Town.

The swimming pool in the sixth Floor was a great pleasure. Very nice that he is open to 22 clock!
In room 235 is the toilet bowl as close to the wall that you can not really sit on it. Moreover, the ventilation is missing in the toilet. Therefore, it can stink the bathroom after use for some time.
