The staff is very friendly and helpful. About the cleanliness of the hotel there is nothing to suspend. Everything was deep inside. Very good transport links to the city way.
Unfortunately, I have given a big minus point for comfort. In winter, a non-functioning heating is fatal and unreasonable. Since kitchen and bathroom so the room adjoined, it was initially not released. But in the evening the room was freezing cold then. And pillows have already seen better days.

I appreciated the courtesy of staff and especially the location, I could walk to the Oktoberfest and is very close to the S-bahn station
The only downside was that the morning there was no hot water and we had to take a shower until the evening. We talked with the clerk of the reception but was already aware of the problem.

We were a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 children, the place was spacious with relation to hotels in europe, very clean and new. Very comfortable beds, though bathroom is very small. I would stay again in it.
Parking is expensive, do not take hotel parking, you can park otside and pay in the machines.
