Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

How helpful the staff were, and the lovely surroundings. We are returning on the 18th June 2011 for 5 nights and are hoping to play some golf while visting relations and exploying Donegal. Looking forward to see everyone again. Mrs Moira Seyforth.

The food and accomadition was excellent also the location of the hotel was good

We found all the staff that we dealt with very polite, friendly, and very helpful. We did have a problem with our room we contacted reception and within 10 to 15 minutes the problem was sorted with no hassle. I will be staying with you again and would have no hestitation in recommending your hotel.
The only thing I didn't like was the pillows they were to hard couldn't sleep properly but this is only a minor thing.

Location and facilities were great, particularly the pool. The restaurant also had excellent food and service.
As always it´s stay wasn't for free! I guess the only thing you could improve is to lower the price.

OUTDOOR PATIO AREAS, FOOD WERE EXCELLENT
ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS ON CHECK-IN, WE WERE DIRECTED TO OUR ROOM ONLY TO FIND THERE WERE GUESTS ALREADY IN IT!!

On arrival at 4.pm we had to wait more than an hour before we could go to our rooms as they were not ready yet.We were disappointed about this as we were tired from the journey and were looking forward to have a rest before dinner. The berry compote was obviously past 'use by' date(alcoholic),but was promptly replaced ,with apologies by staff.Over all we had a good stay and would come back!

The pool is awesome. Really wonderful.
