Main reason for choosing Hotel de la Ville: Location

A charming, tasteful hotel. Compliment to the interior and the beautiful flowers. We were going to Venice and platen her hotel as a stopover. Unfortunately, we could address in the GPS (Viale RM) the addition of Savoy not enter one hours and searched the hotel, the police helped it was already 19 clock.

Very friendly reception at the Reseption. Generally friendly staff.
The food disappointed us. It lacks a nice menu. Others had our pasta (wheels) with tuna more than al dente (firm), discordant with the Tuna! The Ossobuco was served ugly. My husband (avocado) is the Cavaliere de Chène Rôtisseurs. We eat much in restaurants and hotels, and are good judges.

They gave me the smallest room which is ridiculus for the price of 172 €. So ask for the best room and complain is the room is small. They should reduce price for that

Staff is brilliant and hotel is interesting to visit

We travel alot and have over the years stayed in some very nice hotels around the world. We were pleasently surprised to find such a lovely hotel in a small town. The staff were exceptional especially Ally who made us feel very welcome.

The staff, the room and it was nice to have parking facilities that you did not charge for.
The hand towels were very thin cotton and the tissue paper could be a bit thicker.
