Lough Rynn Castle

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The food there was great. There were very nice grounds to walk around.

I stayed in a room across the court yard which meant I had to go outside when everytime I wanted to go back to the room. Luckily the weather was good but if the weather had of been bad I wouldnt have been too happy about that.

We liked everything about this hotel the Bedroom was fantastic, food was very good, the bar food is very reasonable and fantastic, thanks for a lovely time.

The ability to walk freely around the grounds, and eat a light supper at the bar.

Our bathroom door wasn't working properly, and we had to have a maintenance man fix it while we were in the room.

The hotel itself is very homely with the added touches of distinct luxury. The staff are extremely friendly and cheerful and make the stay very memorable.

The fans in the bedroom was difficult to control - instruction card placed beside the fan would be helpful.

Yes the staff in general, the Manager was lovely as were the male staff but some of the female staff were unhelpful and rude to me at different times

Beautiful place to stay! Many of our stays were near larger cities, so this was a great place to relax and unwind. The gardens were beautiful and the gathering room was a wonderful place to have a drink and meet people.

The quietness and the level of service - good but discrete.

Our room was a little cramped. We had booked to arrive on 29th March but had the arrival date changed by Hanly at a later date due to a mistake in taking the booking when a conference had booked the hotel. We were promised an upgraded room as an apology. if this room was an upgrade I wonder what the original would have been like. However the view was to die for and the quietness was outstanding. Seldom have we stayed in a hotel where it has been so quiet - not only from road noise but from guests leaving and entering rooms. Why don't you indicate whether the room has a bath? if given a choice we would have preferred a bath
