That has not been taken into account my comment specified when booking. warned that we would arrive in 2 also indicating the time, but the forms attached as a person. Perhaps the problem started from the booking but I expected that the hotel would have read my comment and would contact me if in doubt. The single use that we were given was very narrow and the shower was virtually absent.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in the city of Modena. It is easy to reach by car, all the working staff is simpathetic and very helpful. Breakfast is well served and has a fair good amount of options. The hotel rooms are a bit old, the furniture is not good-looking and the rooms are not overall much cosy. Nonetheless, they're confortable and well equiped, and one can enjoy a nice shower and a good night of sleep in the hotel. Hair-dryer and mini-fridge are available in the room. The garage is not well signed on the street and it takes a while to find it.

Staff courtesy and sympathy. Always smiling, they are willin to help, give advice, precise orientation and do worry about one's stay at the hotel.

My car had a piece of the outside mirror stolen during the night, even though it was parked inside the hotel's private garage and even though I was paying €15,00 for it.
