The location is very convenient, only 1 min from the metro. Good breakfast, good value for money, spacious and quiet room.

Modern clean facility and good location. It was right around the corner from the metro stop, which provided access within minutes throughout Milan and to the central rail station. Location was near local stores and neighborhood, which allowed for interaction with local people--away from the tourist traps. Staff was very helpful, especially Alessandro who had several roles, Maitre de, bar tender, staffing the breakfast buffet. Went out of his way to meet the customers' needs and provide a happy environment. All customer service staff spoke English and were patient with foreign guests who used their Italian.

It would be helpful to have an iron and ironing board in the rooms.

Room was ready when we arrived around lunchtime. We often come here so the service / quality is known.

The room was very comfortable and well-soundproofed room service is good and the restaurant is as good quality as a service to kitchen tables, large and comfortable structure.

The air conditioning system of the room was a bit 'noisy and not the latest. A new generation of TV would be better than the classic "CRT."

The heating was not working and the room was cold. The restaurant is not open on weekends and therefore want to leave the catering service.

The room is big enough and air conditioned. The subway station is really 50m away from the hotel.

The third bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, we just missed the vegetables.
