Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was lovely as was the bathroom. Nice and quiet despite proximity to Milan's Central Station. Great stay!

Well first the location near central train station & Metro and relatively newly refurnished hotel.
Well internet access is paid for around 11 Euro per 24 hrs ....and the open buffet breakfest could be highly improved in terms of variety of food served and freshness .

Wonderful locatio and decor. Excellent and would stay again for sure. Spacious room too.
The fitness centre was not its strength. like a tiny dog box. Breakfast need the "Scher" gluten free range for coeliacs.

Excellent location for those who traveled a lot of Milan by train - 2 minutes and you're at the Central station. A beautiful restaurant in the hotel. Large room with interesting design and a bathroom. No problems have extended the number to 16-00.
The poor, monotonous - well, in principle, as in all Italian hotels breakfast. Our room was on one floor - you could hear the trains on the subway, the morning prevented sleep.

The Location was excellent,100 Meters from station,and was the best hotel I have stayed at in 38 years of mainly budget world travel. We selected the hotel for location and price but were pleasantly surprised by it's quality and value. Our train to Paris departed early, the Hotel provided an amazing packaged breakfast for the train. I would recommend it to any level of traveller.
