Spacious,clean and friendly staff. EXCELLENT internet connection in my room.
Great breakfast. Quiet location considering hotel is not that far away from the centre of Milan.
Relaxing lounge. I have stayed at Grand Hotel Brun a few times on business and have always come away very impressed.
I would very much like the facility to make a cup of tea in my room.

Friendly staff. Good hotel. Very clean and had a lovely peaceful,relaxing feel around the place.
Big rooms, very quiet-excellent.
The only thing I really wanted was to make myself a coffee in my room. Could do with a tea/coffee making facility in the rooms.
