We had a fantastic holiday in Milan and on arrival at the Rosa we were upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra charge. The room was excellent but they are in the process of upgrading the hotel so the corridors need updating but it was a perfect location right in the heart of milan. Would stay again .

Excellent location near Duomo. Staff was excellent: Susanna, Dining room mgr.,couldn't do enough for us for dinner upon our arrival inclding offering 1/2 of full bottle of our favored wine at reasonable price. Giorgio, Asst Front desk mgr., was very helpful allowing a late checkout and being very helpful and patient with directions to Como. Food at dinner & beakfast was very good.
