The location is perfect. i think this hotel needs a personality perhaps after the renovation who knows

At this moment the hotel is rebuilt = therefore starting from e.g. 8.00 very noisy-when somebody is booking the hotel, this information should definetely be given ti the customer!!! only appr 50% oof the rooms can be used

The pillows are very bad. The renovation looks amazing and the breakfast has been so delightfull every mornings. Congratulations. The reception staf, specially Alfredo, has been so helpful, please let the manager know that they have a great staff. Jolly is my favourite hotel in milan but Burberry should have a better rate so I can stay twice a year there.
