4.Modern design
1.The water keep changing from hot to cold during long showers.
2.The breakfast is poor- you need to add fresh vegetables & fruits to the menu.

VERY helpful staff.
Useful location near trams and metro to Duomo and Centrale.
We stayed for two separate nights within a week.
On the first stay I did find it very annoying in room 458, I think, (at the end of the corridor) to find that the window would not open at all. The staff I mentioned this to denied it but it was true.

By the way, why do you say "do not use this review for complaints" when you specifically ask for things I did not like?
