Rating
Generally a strong, service-oriented hotel. Personnel not only "doing his job" but felt happy to serve the customer and respects. That translates into willingness to listen and helpful even if not pure "hotel business" concerns. It was our second stay at the hotel and certainly not our last.

Comfortable hotel close to the fair, parking a bit cumbersome because of the managers but comfortable. Single fact: the cost of parking is high enough and not always included in the price. Attention covered parking on Saturday morning and Sunday is closed, it remains available to cmq discovered. Staff very friendly and very quick to solve problems. Chamber of magnitude higher than the average low of 4 stars in Milan. Bathroom renovation, but cmq acceptable. Breakfast average but not extraordinary. Come back.
