When we arrived at Milan, we were not told,even though we called the hotel for direction for a couple of times(and discovered after our arrival) that it had a tram station just round the corner of the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very rude; she did not want to give our passports back straight away but she was not saying WHEN we can have them, she did acknowledge that there was a tram station but ignored our request for a timetable. The hotel is about 35 minutes walking distance from the metro station. The room was clean but very small with view to a back alley. The breakfast was very nice and the staff during our check out was very polite.

Should have 110V electrical plug for some small appliances, for a four star hotel. Internet access should be free, The movie in the hotel cost 10 euro a day, that's a little too much.
