Friendly, helpful staff. Quality dining at a reasonable price. Attractive terrace and spacious bar/lounge area (if a bit dated).
In our room, and others, the window was sealed for some reason. Air con is a poor substitute for the fresh air of this semi-rural location - plus the environmental cost, as summer approaches.

Breakfast was a shambles with tables not cleared and clearly not enough staff available to assist. The receptionist at check-in nwas abrupt and helping my wife and me seemed an effort. The room was small, the decor quirky and the bathroom very cramped

The hotel is in a very good location and is well equipped.

The rooms are very large and the bed very comfortable.

The reception staff were most helpful. However the Restaurant was badly organised, the staff were less than attentive and the meal served was indifferent. The noise of the air-conditioning in the bedroom was very invasive and the constant drip of storm water in the close vicinity aided long periods of sleeplessness. We were booked for a night on our return journey but cancelled due to the above. We have previously been very pleased with the Holiday Inn at Rheims where we have stayed many times.
