Hotel is locatet at good place. Good to reach, easy to find. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit steril. Hospital - look. Staff is not really friendly. It is not ok, that the guest has to leave the breakfastroom at exactly 10 am! It would be ok, to finish the buffet at that time. All in all: Our stay was ok.

Can't speak highly enough of this hotel, it was everything it purported to be in the internet listing. The room was modern, well appointed and comfortable. Facilities were excellent and the breakfast provided was very good. The staff were helpful, professional and competent. We chose to stay out of the centre of Venice and were pleased with the decision as it was an easy commute. It is a short walk into the centre of town, shopping, banks, cafe's, restaurants etc. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
