Very unhappy because of unwillingness by staff to downgrade my room from a double to a single. I provided notice/request about a week in advance.

Location and pleasant site.
Don't get second floor if you have much baggage and Wi Fi doesn't work.

I liked the location: Close to the airport, easy to hop on a bus to get into town, good food close by. The staff were very friendly, especially Eugene and his wife! All around a very enjoyable experience! I would definetly stay there again.

Breakfast was included.
Thought the location to the airport will be beneficial for me being that I will be arriving at 10pm and was worried about navigating my way on Venice island looking for my hotel at that time of the night. But in retrospect Venice island was safe around that time. Staying at the Venice resort was not cost effective.. The hotel charges for airport transportation to and from (32 euros) round trip. And if u don't coordinate a hotel pick up u may be stuck with an outrageous cab fee (20 euro) one way. I think we were better off going straight into Venice island.

Good breakfast close to airport
I haven't stayed at an airport hotel that charged you (5 Eur) to simply print your boarding pass.
The management at Venice Resort should change this policy.
