At check-in, the woman at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable.

Dark, uncomfortable, small room. No air circulation, not enough outlets, lights not bright enough. Only bright light was timed to shut off after about a minute. Instructions to get the bus back to hotel were inaccurate and bus driver kicked everyone off the bus when his shift was over. I was traveling alone and got dumped along the roadside with no idea where to go at 11pm. I told the front desk person when I got back and she commented that she would call the bus company, but I doubt she did. Also, I had an early flight and came down to the breakfast room early to get (self-serve) coffee. Even though everything was set up, I was told I had to wait for the appointed "breakfast time". I said "I only want a coffee", but I still had to wait. After packing the car, someone said "oh, you're going to the airport? You can get breakfast". Too late!

Yes, missing five days to use my reservation, I had problems and had to postpone my trip by one week, after numerous emails not answered, when I checked in Panama, I was at the reception of the hotel and I personally asked the attendant to change the date the existing reservations and charged my card for 6 days ahead and that would still be beyond the day I asked to delay another day and still not atenderam.Resultado me, I lost one already paid daily and win and I met another hotel . Nice staff, good location, books, good breakfast, relaxed atmosphere

Close to the Airport was great

I am not really sure about the cost from the hotel to the airport 30 Euros still seems a lot of money for a 7 minute/11 kilometre trip, and when I asked about this I was told that it would cost more by taxi. When I asked the taxi, this proved to be incorrect, but alas, it was too late.

The location to the airport and the staff made for a super stay.
