The staff were very friendly

Initially the room was not what we had requested ( 2 beds and quiet). It was I queen bed and next to the elevator. The other thing was the shower drain was backed up as well as the doors to the shower were broken so that the floor of the shower flooded. Not sure I would stay there again. I am hoping this was just a one time thing

I thought the room was great. The rain fixture in the shower was terrific. The room was very clean and nicely furnished.

I stayed on the third floor and it was very noisy late at night. My telephone rang and woke me at 11:30pm - it startled me and kept me from getting back to sleep even though I had a 3:45am wake-up call. I had to provide the clerk my room confirmation from my ipad when he spent ten minutes looking for my reservation and couldn't find it. Not sure whose fault that was, but I was hot and uncomfortable from walking from the ferry to the airport, and wanted to get to the room.
