Very pleasant reception staff very friendly and attentive, comfortable rooms, clean, rich breakfast. We are absolutely satisfied and stay more often in the Balm.

Well-situated hotel. Bus stop directly in front of the house. We would like Balm in a concert at the KKL. We let each of the concert was still happy in the bar end in Balm. The drive home is against us after such an event.
