The quiet room.
Small bed, insufficent pillows, that were already worn out and needed replacing.
not a huge choice of places to eat nearby, most were pricey and we had a very bad experience at the restauarnt closeby,located on the canal.great location, but rude staff that wanted to argue with customers, despite them getting the order wrong !! Mecheln isn't that welcoming of tourists.
