Staff friendly and more than helpful. I couldn't have had a better place to stay and so near the the airport.

The dinner. The filet mignon de porc was tough, the fèves were undercooked, the "roast" potatoes were obviously from a previous session and warmed up in a microwave.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Friendly staff

Not clear how to get into hotel after ll.30, needs to have a sign on the gate at front of the hotel to tell clients to go around the back. Pillows were atrocious and they were too small for the pillowcases!!

Lack air conditioning!.

The friendliness of the receptionist who was able to listen to our comments, try to explain why some gaps and "catch up" errors.

We were very disappointed with our stay in this hotel for various reasons: lack of clean towels, and stained black, and the pool area not maintained and the glass left in place despite the sun and the suffocating heat, the tables of the terrace sprinkled with crumbs and other sticky residue, the breakfast tray left on the tables and had to rid ourselves to be able to settle and lunch in our turn, missing the food at breakfast when happens towards the end of the service, an overall look of untidiness and maintenance, and a nonchalance quite spectacular service personnel more concerned with a drink at the bar to clean the tables! Given the price of a room and breakfast, I say that the value for money is more than disappointing!

Staff very friendly and helpful and went more than the extra mile when we arrived rather late.

The breakfast wasn't wonderful...a little stale...but not tragically so. For the price though, a little disappointing.
