Grand Hotel Palace

The staff, particurly Sandra was very helpful. The hotel is very nice.

The swimming pool was not available to us for the first 3 days of our holiday. I had booked this hotel particurly because the I was taking my niece on holiday and an outdoor pool is what she most wanted on the holiday. This was very dissappointing for us. I could have booked a much cheaper hotel if I had known that the pool was not available. Also I would have expected the hotel to provide a courtsy transport for their guests to and from the airport. The taxi that we got to take us to the airport on Sunday 4th April cost €55. We also had to wait while he also picked up 2 other people from Best Western hotel and they were charged €25.
