The staff were quite helpful and the location of the hotel was rather good.

Yes, the hotel room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in a 4 star hotel for double occupancy. We have to leave our suitcases in the balcony otherwise, we could not walk inside our bedroom. The room did not have extra pillows, only two pillows per bed so we need to use the blankets as extra pillows. The closet was a joke (we felt we were back to our college rooms were space was restricted to a maximum). The room, even though was suppossed to be an "ocean view room" (for which we paid an extra 20.00 Euros supplement per night), was located at the 2nd floor with trees in front of it and a ground floor building which obstruct our oceanview quite significantly. Our comfort experience was very unsatisfying and will never ever stay in this hotel again and, we'll make sure that neither of our friends, who happened to travel to Marbella, make the same mistake that we made choosing the Fuerte Marbella Hotel.

Nice relaxed atmosphere with good outdoor and indoor spaces. Our front balcony and sea-view were lovely, Especially liked the exhibition displaying Marbella and the hotel's history.

The doors on the stairs and continual need to carry a room key to access the lifts and stairdoors.

Breakfast was excellent,everything was fine.

Two light bulbs in our room were out, was not changed during our stay
