The fact that the hotel staff kindly offered to replace the number of Double Standart, which was very small in SUIT with payment of EUR 60 per day. This made the holiday very enjoyable. Location is also fairly easy - direct beach access, excellent service with the replacement of beach towels: on the beach and pool. It is quite friendly and willing to help staff.
Breakfast a strange, neither traditional Spanish Spanish mash, and a regular omelet had to stand in line and towels often some in the room was missing. But everything else was OK.

We have the 5th or 6 times in this outstanding hotel and used again, especially enjoyed the very friendly, competent staff, great beach location with a short 15 minute walk to the port of Puerto Banus and the elegant furnishings of the junior suite with a private roof terrace and private Jacuzzi
For the hotel in the higher price segment would necessarily require a complete makeover times; lot over the years has become somewhat dilapidated

This was our second visit to the Guadalpin Banus, we love the location as a short walk takes you to the marina in Puerta Bunus where there is an excellent choice of restaurants and Pedros place on the beach. Nice atmosphere to hotel and excellent room service.
On both occassions we have been disappointed with the food in the main restaurant. The food at breakfast buffett is very good but the service is certainly not 5 star.

Absolutely fabulous hotel very luxurious, our room was comfortable and offered a nice view over the balcony. The breakfast included in the stay was excellent, great variety and of high quality. The location was wonderful, right beside the beach with a lovely view. The poolside area was also excellent with a lovely pool side bar. The hotel overall can be rated 9/10, it was comfortable luxurious and quiet just what we were looking for, thank you.
I found staff service to be quite poor hence taking away one mark from the overall rating, room service was good however some staff members,particularly in the breakfast lounge were quite rude and not willing to help. we were not shown to our seats at breakfast or asked if we needed anything else. For a 5 star hotel staff service needed to be of a higher quality.

We found the staff very polite and they gave us an upgrade to a junior suite which was a very nice surprise.I would highly recommend this hotel
