The staff were friendly with good english, food was excellent and reasonable price for hotel menu's. Easy walking distance to the City Centre for shops and restaurants.
No Tea or Coffee in the room, though colleagues in other rooms did have this facility, perhaps a higher rate room includes this.

Central location of the hotel.
No air conditioning in the room. Room very hot. Window open and fan on the desk. This fan was noisy awful, really awful!. Without fan and only window open was not enough, so we were at the mercy of that noise.

I thought the staff were very friendly and the hotel rooms were clean and tidy.
Would prefer to have an Iron in the room and free wifi instead of having to pay extra.
