WE REGULARLY STAY WITH YOU. WE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT AND EACH TIME WE RETURN, WE FIND THE HOTEL IMPROVES. THE AMBIENCE, CLEANLINESS, AND DECOR IS WONDERFUL. THE STAFF SO BRIGHT AND HELPFUL AND THE ROOMS ARE MAGNIFICENT. IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF STAFF TO ANY REQUESTS ARE IMMEDIATE. KEEP IT UP NOW, AS YOU ARE NOW ONE OF THE BEST.

Our experience generally was excellent.
Queuing at reception and not explaining that we needed to register our credit card to enable us to charge things to our room.

The restaurant and lounge was nice option, since there is not much to do around the airport. The manager in the restaurant was great and the food was good.

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was VERY near the airport and they provided transportation. The bar was large and comfortable and had light meals available. The rooms were quiet (you would not know you were near the airport) and they were clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect the food was well cooked and the bed was very comfortable, all the staff were pleasant and polite.
