Well located to all local amenities and facilities.
Fixtures and fittings modern and well maintained
Rooms looking out to car park very noisy during night even with windows shut.
No air conditioning so either awake from heat with windows closed or marginally cooler but kept awake by other guests in car park.Guests in our party who only stayed one night got seaview whereas we stayed 3 nights and got car park, not sure of the logic of that!(yes we could have asked to move but quite franly could be bothered)
Had breakfast once(room only) cost 16 euros each for full Irish. I would recomend going in to Malahide where there are some good little cafes which serve an exceptional breakfast.

Location.
Yes the room was very old and dated there was water stains on the ceiling. The pillows and bed where not very comfortable.

I requested the bill I was told that the issue had eurobooking but I did not like the way I was told just so friendly that I have not even asked for the points because I thought as I answered chhissà

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. However, this time I was a little unlucky in the room that I got compared to the numerous other times I have stayed there. It was perfectly adequate, even if the heating was too high, but sometimes I get a beautiful room overlooking the sea. This time I was looking out on a wall.
