The best thing was the kind and supportive welcome at past midnight on my arrival. I was v tired and had a long day. I left my bags down as I paid the taxi driver and the young Man (Miguel) who helped was fantastic. I really appreciated it, he also showed me to my room and then later was really helpful when he took me to a quieter room.

I had requested a room with a view. I arrived tired and recovering from surgery so therefore v fragile, I was put in a room just above reception where there was huge noise from the traffic, particularly as cars went over a ramp, this was very poor and has influenced my trust and perception of the hotel. However, when I complained at 2 am I was moved to a different room, this was quieter but did not have aview, however the patio for breakfast was pleasant. Nevertheless, I should not have had to go through that transition at 2 am particularly when staying for one night and when feeling unwell.

Friendly staff, nice hotel.

Lacked potable water in the room lacked fittnes facilities.

I liked the srevice of taking my car to the garage, and bring it back whenever I want it.

I didnt like the water that goes out of the shower, and make the floor wet.
